Terms and Conditions
All products we supply are covered by a Manufacturers warranty. Warranty returns must contain a copy of our invoice for the goods and must be returned to us in person or by pre-paid Registered Mail.
Invoices and Taxes:
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars (AUD) & include GST. Tax invoices itemising GST will be sent with all products. All prices are accurate at the date of publishing. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Customer will be contacted & informed of any price changes.
Returns of saleable goods must be within 14 days of customers receipt of the goods. Such returns will only be accepted if authorized in advance by an Aquayak representative. Freight must be prepaid by the customer. Goods must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging & with a copy of the original invoice.
Delivery charges are specified for each product on our website. From time to time selected items may have free delivery if they are part of an order total of over $50.
For kayak orders, any additional accessories ordered at the same time are delivered free of charge (we only charge for delivery of the kayak).
Customers will be contacted prior to shipping if any further freight charges are incurred.
No insurance is included in our standard shipping. Where insurance is required, the customer must contact us to request insurance and pre-pay insurance costs.
Factory seconds available pick up only.
Goods may be dispatched Monday to Friday only. Unless specified by the customer, goods will be dispatched by the most cost effective method available. Freight options include, but are not limited to:
